Treatment Techniques

Dr. Matt tailors every technique to your condition and comfort level. Here's what care can look like.

Manual Adjustments

Hands-on adjustment of the spine and joints using the Diversified Technique. Those popping sounds? Just gas releasing from the joint, completely normal. Great for chronic pain, joint and accident injuries, and headaches. Helps reduce inflammation while improving mobility, flexibility, and posture.

Spinal Decompression

A non-surgical traction therapy that gently stretches the spine to relieve pressure on nerves and discs. Often used for disc bulges, degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, stenosis, and sciatica, pulling pressure off nerve roots and drawing nutrients into damaged discs.

Shockwave Therapy

Non-invasive acoustic waves that jumpstart healing in stubborn tendon and soft-tissue injuries. Effective for chronic tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and rotator cuff pain. A quick 5 to 10 minute session with no downtime and no anesthesia. Most see full results in 4 to 12 sessions.

Cupping Therapy

An ancient technique using suction to ease pain and inflammation, relax muscle and tissue, and improve range of motion. Helps with chronic neck and back pain, carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, and more.

Not recommended for those with anemia, bleeding or clotting disorders, seizures, cardiovascular disease, or certain skin conditions.

Instrument-Assisted Adjustments

Gentle, precise tools for those who prefer a softer approach than manual adjusting.

  • Activator — fast, gentle, spring-loaded. Ideal for kids, expecting moms, and seniors.
  • IASTM — soft-tissue tool that breaks up scar tissue and promotes healing.
  • Traction Table — speeds recovery and eases muscle spasms.
  • Wobble Chair — engages the core to relieve low-back pain.
